နေပြည်တော် သြဂုတ် ၃ ရက်

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကျောက်မျက်ရတနာလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များအသင်း၏ စတုတ္ထအကြိမ်မြန်မာ့ကျောက်မျက် ရတနာနေ့ ဝါဆိုသင်္ကန်းကပ်လှူပွဲ အခမ်းအနားကို နေပြည်တော်ရှိ မဏိရတနာကျောက်စိမ်းခန်းမတွင် ယနေ့  ၂၀၂၀ ပြည့်နှစ် ဩဂုတ်လ(၃) ရက်နေ့  နံနက် (၅ : ၀၀ မှ ၈ : ၁၅ နာရီအထိ) ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့် အားကစား ဝန်ကြီးဌာနက ထုတ်ပြန်ထားသော ညွှန်ကြားချက်များနှင့်အညီ ကျင်းပသည်။

အခမ်းအနားသို့ သယံဇာတနှင့် သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး ဦးအုန်းဝင်း၊ သယံဇာတနှင့် သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေးဆိုင်ရာ ကော်မတီ အမျိုးသားလွှတ်တော်ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ဦးကျော်သီဟ၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး ဒေါက်တာရဲမြင့်ဆွေ၊  သတ္တုရေးရာအမြဲတမ်းအတွင်းဝန် ဦးမင်းမင်းဦး၊ ဌာနဆိုင်ရာ အကြီးအကဲများနှင့် ဖိတ်ကြားထားသော ဧည့်သည်တော်များတက်ရောက်ကြသည်။

အခမ်းအနား အစီအစဉ်အရ ပထမပိုင်းတွင် ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးနှင့် ဧည့်သည်တော်များက နေပြည်တော်မစိုးရိမ်စာသင်တိုက်မှ ပင့်သံဃာများအား ဝါဆိုသင်္ကန်းဆက်ကပ်လှူဒါန်းပြီး အခမ်းအနားအစီအစဉ် ဒုတိယပိုင်းတွင် မြန်မာ့ကျောက်မျက်ရတနာနေ့အခမ်းအနားကို ဆက်လက်ကျင်းပသည်။

သယံဇာတနှင့် သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး၊ စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်းဒေသကြီး ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် ဝန်ကြီးများ၊ မြန်မာ့ကျောက်မျက်ရတနာ ရောင်းဝယ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်း (နေပြည်တော်)တို့၏လမ်းညွှန်မှုနှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ကျောက်မျက်ရတနာ လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များ အသင်းချုပ်၏ ပံ့ပိုးကူညီမှုတို့ဖြင့် စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်းဒေသကြီး ကျောက်မျက်ရတနာလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များအသင်း(စစ်ကိုင်း)မှ ဒုတိယအကြိမ် ကျောက်မျက်ရတနာ အချောထည်နှင့် ကျောက်စိမ်းတွဲများရောင်းချပွဲကို စစ်ကိုင်းမြို့၊ ခရိုင်ချင်းဆက်လမ်းရှိ "ထက်ကျော်" ကိုယ်ပိုင်အထက်တန်းကျောင်းတွင် (၁၈.၁၂.၂၀၁၉) မှ (၂၃.၁၂.၂၀၁၉)ရက်နေ့ထိ ကျင်းပမည်ဖြစ်ရာ ၁၈.၁၂.၂၀၁၉ ရက်(ဗုဒ္ဓဟူးနေ့) နံနက်(၁၁)နာရီတွင် ဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနား ကျင်းပခဲ့ပါသည်။
      အခမ်းအနားသို့ စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်းဒေသကြီး သယံဇာတနှင့် သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေးဝန်ကြီးနှင့်အတူ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကျောက်မျက် ရတနာ လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များအသင်းချုပ် ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ဦးလဖိုင်ခွန်ဆာနှင့် ဗဟိုအလုပ်အမှုဆောင်များ၊ စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်းဒေသကြီး ကျောက်မျက် ရတနာလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များအသင်း (စစ်ကိုင်း) ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ဦးအောင်ကြီးနှင့် အလုပ်အမှု ဆောင်များ၊ အသင်းခွဲများမှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။

စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်းဒေသကြီး ကျောက်မျက်ရတနာလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များအသင်း(စစ်ကိုင်း)နှင့် ထိုင်ဝမ်ကျောက်မျက်ရတနာလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များအသင်းတို့၏ နားလည်မှုစာချွန်လွှာ လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးပွဲကို ၁၈.၁၂.၂၀၁၉ ရက်(ဗုဒ္ဓဟူးနေ့) နံနက်တွင် ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ရာ စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်းဒေသကြီး သယံဇာတနှင့် သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေးဝန်ကြီးနှင့်အတူ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကျောက်မျက် ရတနာ လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များအသင်းချုပ် ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ဦးလဖိုင်ခွန်ဆာ၊ စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်းဒေသကြီးကျောက်မျက် ရတနာလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များအသင်း(စစ်ကိုင်း) ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ဦးအောင်ကြီးနှင့် အလုပ်အမှုဆောင်များ၊ အသင်းခွဲများမှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများ၊ ထိုင်ဝမ်ကျောက်မျက် ရတနာလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များအသင်းမှ ဥက္ကဌ Mr. Chang Wen-chin နှင့် တာဝန်ရှိသူများ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။

လုံးခင်း - ဖားကန့် ရတနာနယ်‌မြေတွင်ကျောက်စိမ်း တူးဖော်မှု လုပ်ငန်းများကို မိုးရာသီကာလအတွင်း (၁.၇.၂၀၁၉) မှ (၃၀.၉.၂၀၁၉) ထိ ယာယီရပ်ဆိုင်း ထားခဲ့မှုကာလ ပြည့်မြောက်ပြီ ဖြစ်သဖြင့် (၁-၁၀-၂၀၁၉) ရက်နေ့မှ စတင်၍ ပြန်လည်တူးဖော် လုပ်ကိုင်ခွင့်ပြုကြောင်း (သက်တမ်းကျန်ရှိကုမ္ပဏီများသာ) နှင့် ယာယီရပ်ဆိုင်းခဲ့သည့်ကာလကို မူလသက်တမ်းတွင် ဖြည့်စွက် သတ်မှတ်ပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း မြန်မာ့ကျောက်မျက်ရတနာ‌ရောင်းဝယ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းမှ သိရှိရပါသည်။

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကျောက်မျက်ရတနာလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များအသင်း (တတိယ)အကြိမ် မြန်မာ့ကျောက်မျက်ရတနာနေ့နှင့် (ဒဿမ)အကြိမ် နှစ်ပတ်လည်အသင်းသားစုံညီအစည်းအဝေးအတွက် ကြိုတင်ဖိတ်ကြားခြင်း

The Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) Global Conference for 2019 was held from 18 to 19 June at the OECD Conference Centre in Paris where Union Minister U Ohn Win and his delegation attended.
At the opening ceremony, International EITI Board Chair Mr. Fredrik Reinfeldt and French Foreign Affairs Minister Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne delivered separate opening remarks.
The attendees then discussed how the EITI standards were approved and officially published at the 43rd International EITI Board Meeting on 17 June. They also discussed the transparency in the extractive industry, changes to modern situations, and future tasks.
After the opening ceremony, the Union Minister raised questions on transparent processes of the extractive industry in the 52 countries attending the EITI Global Conference, the challenges faced after observing the reports, and their strengths and weaknesses.
In the afternoon, the Union Minister met informally with Mr. Fredrik Reinfeldt and discussed Myanmar’s eligibility to become an EITI member. He then attended the meeting on ‘From reports to disclosure using the EITI to strengthen government’.
On the second day of the Global Conference, the Union Minister delivered a speech at the EITI Stakeholders Forum on Showcasing Leadership on the Transparency Agenda. He spoke on Myanmar’s commitments to implementing transparency in the extractive industry, sharing information to the public, producing the most benefit for the current generation and the ones to come, keeping impact to a minimum on the environment and livelihoods of local residents, all the while adhering to international standards.
In the morning of 19 June, the Union Minister met separately with the Indonesian EITI group led by Prof. Akhmad Syakhroza, Indonesian Deputy Minister for Energy and Mineral Resources, and with Mr. Daniel Kaufmann, Chair of the Natural Resource Governance Institute.
During the meetings they discussed Indonesia’s experiences to aid Myanmar in becoming an EITI member, exchanged suggestions, technical assistance, and international experience.—MNA (Translated by Zaw Htet Oo)

Myanmar's 2 EITI was celebrated in the Grandball room of Sule Shangri-La Hotel on 19th November, 2018. Deputy Minister U Maung Maung Win, Ministry of Planning and Finance and the authorized persons, CSO(s), Donor(s) and responsible persons from the association were attended to represent the MGJEA. According to the MEITI'S (2014-2016) Fiscal year reports, there were many improvements and some matters where needed to be improved too.
